Mirage - MES MEUFS at home with Barbara Reisinger and David Misteli invited by Stafett * 4th District, Invitation to an exhibition in the neighborhood. ‘Come find us in the heat haze, follow the desire paths of sun drenched illusions. Sweat in the deserted streets and alleys in search for our fresh abodes, boys and girls hiding in the shades. * Plot: Artists find out they are neighbours, sharing refreshments, they decide to invite each other as well as friends and friends of friends to exhibitions in their homes and studios.’ Artists living and working in the 4th district of Vienna will open their doors for one whole day to welcome the public into their spaces. The program which the hosts have developed together includes open studios, exhibitions in and around apartments, performance works, screenings and public interventions. After a day of walking and exploring, to connect together, the artists and public are invited come together at a central landmark of the area to get to know each other.
